Hosting & Server Logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits — IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type and operating system (server log data).

This processing is necessary to deliver the website reliably and securely (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is retained only for as long as technically required.

No Cookies, No Tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising tools, and does not embed social media plugins. Fonts and scripts are self-hosted — no requests are sent to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs when you load this site.

Contact Form & E-mail

If you contact us through the website form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide — your name, e-mail address, optional company name and message — to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Form submissions are delivered through Resend, a service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., USA, acting as our processor. The sending domain updates.interpeaks.com uses Resend’s Ireland region (eu-west-1); however, Resend states that account data, e-mail metadata, logs and API records are stored in the United States. We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, or comply with statutory retention obligations.
